Shipping, Returns and Discounts
how long does shipping take?
Processing times: Our standard processing time is 3–10 business days from when your order is placed. That said, we like to move fast. Most orders ship within 24 business hours whenever possible!
International Orders: International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
United States Domestic: Within the USA shipping normally takes 2 to 4 business days.
UPS Expedited Shipping - UPS Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day services operate only on business days. For example, if a package is shipped on Friday using UPS Next Day Air, it will be delivered on the next business day, Monday.
Late Shipments?
We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for late shipments or deliveries when the delay is caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control, even if expedited shipping was selected. We encourage customers to contact the relevant shipping company directly regarding any delivery delays.
Do you charge customs fees?
Currently, we aren’t able to charge customs fees in advance. If you’re placing an international order, please be aware that your country’s customs office may collect these fees during shipment or upon arrival. We are not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by the courier or your country’s customs office once your order has left our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a returned item is received in a condition different from its original state, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
How do i start a return or exchange?

Am i able to apply a discount code or promotion to an order I already placed?
Please note that order pricing cannot be adjusted after purchase to include discounts or promotional offers.
Product and General Information
Are your artifacts and elements real?
Yes! Our products and artifacts are authentic and ethically sourced. We work with trusted suppliers who follow responsible practices, and whenever possible, we include provenance details to verify the item’s origin and authenticity.
How do i safely clean my acrylic displays?
Wash with mild soap or detergent and lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft cloth, or sponge. Rinse and blot dry with a damp cloth or chamois.
* Never use abrasive cleaners, household cleaners, window-cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, or strong solvents such as alcohol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, etc.*
To maintain the brilliant luster of acrylic, wax and occasionally with a quality grade of automobile paste wax (NOT A CLEANER WAX COMBINATION.) Apply a thin coat with a clean, cotton flannel cloth. Then wipe with a clean damp cloth. NEVER USE HOUSEHOLD SPRAY WAXES.

Are your products safe?
Yes — our products are safe when handled and stored properly. Some of our specimens, such as our uranium cubes, contain naturally radioactive minerals like autunite or uranium ore. To ensure safety, these materials are stabilized in resin and permanently encased in clear Lucite (acrylic), preventing any dust release or direct contact with the source material.
Radiation & Safety:
Uranium minerals naturally emit alpha, beta, and small amounts of gamma radiation. Alpha particles are easily blocked by the acrylic casing, skin, or even paper, and the acrylic also shields most beta emissions. While acrylic doesn’t block high-energy gamma rays, the levels emitted from small, fully encased specimens are extremely low and considered safe for display.
The main hazard from raw minerals is dust or ingestion, which is fully mitigated through encapsulation — please do not cut, open, or alter the acrylic casing.
Small uranium specimens like these are safely displayed in museums and private collections around the world. As a general precaution, avoid prolonged close contact and store your specimen away from areas where people spend extended periods of time.
