The Tiger I was one of the most formidable and feared tanks of the Second World War, renowned for its powerful armament, heavy armor protection, and battlefield presence. Introduced by Germany in 1942, the Tiger I was equipped with the highly effective 88 mm KwK 36 gun, capable of engaging enemy armor at long distances with remarkable accuracy. Although produced in relatively limited numbers, its combat effectiveness and reputation made it one of the most iconic armored vehicles of the war, serving on both the Eastern and Western Fronts.

The steel fragment included in this display is an original artifact and surviving piece from a German Tiger I tank used during World War II. Preserving a direct physical connection to one of history's most famous armored fighting vehicles, it reflects the intense armored battles and harsh realities of combat that defined the conflict. Wash with mild soap or detergent and lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft cloth, or sponge. Rinse and blot dry with a damp cloth or chamois.

*Never use abrasive cleaners, household cleaners, window-cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, or strong solvents such as alcohol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, etc.*

To maintain the brilliant luster of acrylic, wax and occasionally with a quality grade of automobile paste wax (NOT A CLEANER WAX COMBINATION.) Apply a thin coat with a clean, cotton flannel cloth. Then wipe with a clean damp cloth. NEVER USE HOUSEHOLD SPRAY WAXES.
